Nightly Routine..

For those that have young ones Im sure you can relate to the nightly routine.I developed my first roll ever last night and these are a couple that was on it. Taken with Yashica 35GS ,Ilford HP5. Developed in Ilford 3 at 6.5 min @ 20 degrees cel. C&c always helpful and welcome.

Ahhh yes, the morning and night routines are always prime photo ops. If you like HP5, you should try it in Diafine with the film rated at 800.

I purchased 8 rolls for a member over at FM for $15 so I thought it would be good for my first develop since I know nothing about developing.I have shot some Ilford and Tmax before but had those sent out for dev.

Side question ...What is the standard workflow in scanning and PP negs.I have read alot of different methods . I use V500. PSE9 and LR3

V500 is a good scanner to start with.
Which software of scanning do you use? I use 3 softwares but i only use 2 as most: Epson Scan and VueScan, i didn't like SilverFast much even it is unbeatable.

I just scan normal with 16bit grayscale and sometimes i make it 24bit color for B&W @1200-2400dpi, color is a different story, then i do more PP with PSCS4/CS5.
