nikkor 28-105 vs vivitar 1 series 28-105

Hi guys, I was looking for a used nikon 28-105 and suddenly found a vivitar 1 series 28-105 f 2.8-3.8 MF

I was wondering how good is the vivitar compared to the nikkor. I know the nikkor is good, my father has one and i used from time to time, but this vivitar is half the price.

I´ve read some opinions round the net and people says it´s good but I´d like to know your opinion

Vivitar Series one were great lenses. I've never used that one, so I can't really comment, but my Vivitar Series 1 70-210 for my Minolta film camera was killer.
