Showcase Nikon 105mm f/1.4 E

Nice shot, Dave. How do you like this lens in the studio? I find it a bit long at times.
Thanks, Mitchell. I was able to get some full body shots with the 105 in the studio, so it didn't seem too long. Sometimes, I'll prefer my Sigma 135 when I'm doing three quarter, or head shots.

One issue I did find with this lens on my D850, is that It would sometimes miss focus at f/1.4 when I used the upper most focus sensors in portrait orientation. The latest D850 update is said to address this, but I haven't tested it yet. The interesting thing is that I haven't had this issue with the Sigma 135 f/1.8 at 1.8.

I enjoy shooting the 105 more with the D5 than the D850. The D5 just always nails focus at f/1.4
