Nikon Z6 - Image & Discussion Thread

You at correct, it cannot be customized.
For some odd reason Nikon made 2 design changes that irk some users coming from the DSLR.
1 is the removal of a bunch of key options buttons on the body and the other is the revamp of the AF system.

I’m not a fan of diving into the menus to change the drive mode, but it is what it is, I guess.

Out and about the last few days with the Z6 and the 24-200mm....giving it one last chance before I decide if I'm going to sell it or not.

I had to use Topax Sharpen AI on a few of these.

Out and about the last few days with the Z6 and the 24-200mm....giving it one last chance before I decide if I'm going to sell it or not.

I believe it was mentioned before, but for better sharpness, why not use the Oly 12-100 on one of your M4/3 bodies for your walkaround rig? I sold mine and regret it frequently.

I might do that, possibly trade the Nikon for the Oly.
I’ll have to see what I can find around. Should work great on my EM1.

There is promise of spring in the air this week, finally! I was out with my Z6 over the weekend. For walk around its sharp enough given its flexibility as a zoom. I am going to try out leaving "apply settings to live view" off as I heard this could impact autofocus acquisition.
