Nikon Z6 running as a remote camera

Our area high school baseball regular season play is almost over. I set up the Z6 to cover action at second base fired as a remote. The Z6 was on the ground mounted to a platypod, with PocketWizard Plus III, shooting through the fence. Prefocused on second base, and manual settings of 1/1250 sec at f/6.3 and auto-ISO.

The baserunner has second thoughts about being able to make it to third and rushes back to second, just beating the ball.

Very cool. The remote firing has its uses! This is a cool outside the box thinking for the use. I recently did some self portraits where I had everything running wirelessly from my phone. It was a challenge to shoot my own portraits hahaha.
