Leave it to Uncle Frank! He wins, hand down.

Oh, wait UF, you need to put a nikon in her, uh , well for me anywhere, but for the other guys, in her hands, and have her shooting a GBH. YOu do that, and it's a shoo in, you win.

To all:

Does anyone have any ideas for the main logo? We need to replace the PHPBB logo with something a little more exciting.

So all you photoshop experts lets see some logos!

The deadline is next Thursday 02-03-05

Hey, Joe,

I like them, and compared to what I am doing mine really suck  .

However, how about we add this for a tag line, or something similar:

"Come to the Nikon Cafe, where smart shooters ...
..... sup from the Nikon Cup"

My contribution, and I already have a DVD burner, so it's all yours

Sorry, Terri Hatcher in a "do me" pose beats out anything so far. Now we jsut need UF to throw a nikon in some where, maybe a cup of coffee.

Nice job BJ

Joe and BJ,

These are better than I could come up with.

Perhaps we should imcorporate the URL in the logo and do away with the information above the user control panel.

A really spiffy www.nikoncafe.com with a sub heading of A forum for digital photography enthusiasts or nikon enthusiasts.

Keep em coming.

I'll play...

Just joined. Looks like a great alternative forum. I'll work on a logo, too...but Joe has set the bar pretty high.

I don't have any nekked wimmen running around so I should fit in nicely here.

Joe Marques

I'm addicted to creating a logo!!! 8)

Here's one more. :D Keep in mind this is just for fun - I don't expect to win nor do I think all 3 should compete. I'm just having fun working on them -thanks for the contest to get the creative juices flowing.

Joe

For some strange reason I was expecting something a little more Addams Family or Young Frankenstein from you, sort of, well, like creepy or something......

(pssst, go with the last one, I like it, but don't tell anybody)

or we could just go with this one from my first ever model shoot:
http://www.cjmgrafx.com/cjmgingeringreen.html

You can see the on-line catalog that photo and some of the additional photos I took were for at http://www.venera-usa.com.
