how difficult would it be to focus that thing on a D200, near impossible wide open and close up i imagine ?

Wow, these lenses go for a lot of $$$, but this is ridiculous. The whole ad reads more like for a collectors item - crazy.
I hope it will someday end up in hands that can put this fine lens to good use.

In a nutshell, it's optimum performance is at it's largest aperture, f/1.2.

Or so I understand.
