not a head shot...

    ....but getting closer.
    S5 + 36mm tube + 300/4 handheld. Next time I will add the 1.4TC, R1C1 flashes, and a monopod to help me hold it.

  2. No exif so can't see exposure time...but looks like steady hands to me !!

    Thanks Charlie, and Tom.

    I think it was 1/250 at f8, ISO400. At work now so I am going by memory. It was a cloudy afternoon. Shortly after this shot the wind came up and my day was done.
     
  5. Thanks for the info. I was attempting to take some Crocosmia in my garden yesterday in wind [why do I do it !!!] and my patience was being stretched to the limit. The solution was a mug of tea :smile:
