The cafe shall remain child and work safe. No display of nude imagery, linked or otherwise will be permitted on the forums of the NikonCafe. Images containing adult themes or prurient interests or settings may not be posted or linked from the NikonCafe.

    Definitions
Prurient interests are those which relate to producing sexual arousal. Nudity is the state of not wearing clothes coupled with the display of female breasts other than the portion normally shown in say, a bikini top, and the buttocks and genitalia of either gender. There may be exceptions depending on the nature of the photograph. Semi-nude means any of these parts showing in the photograph while other parts may be hidden. Adult themes are any combination of clothing, expression or activities which suggests sexual interaction.

The NikonCafe realizes that nude photography plays a big role in both the history and future of photography itself and we hold in high regard photographers that execute such in a fashion that is artistic and glamourous. Given our diverse audience and the sometimes difficult task of determining what is artistic, glamour, or otherwise we have decided to suspend the posting of any nude photography via direct embedding or linking to a member gallery as was previously set out in the former glamour / nude guidelines.

For those that wish to enjoy politics, nudity, or other topics that do not fit within the guidelines of the cafe we suggest that you visit the websites that include such.

Any comments, thoughts, etc may be directed via email to [email protected]

    With many regards,
