NX NX 2 Contains Possible Trojans ???

    I installed Sunbelt Counterspy today and after updating the definitions, I ran a system scan.
    It picked up various things within the installation files of NX and NX2.
    Maybe they're false positives, I don't know.

    I'm not trying to start a panic, just reporting what I found.
     
  2. I seem to remember a registration sweeper file that was made available with one of the very early versions of one or more of Nikon software--it was needed to perform some upgrade or the other. Perhaps yours is a remnant from those days?

    OK thanks for the replies.
    I've deleted the regsweeper files just to be on the safe side.
    Removing the files hasn't affected the running or installation of NX 2 onto a different OS.
