Lisa,

I like the last the best, although it would be much better without the electrical wires.

Craig

I agree Craig but that is part of SF and I was not going to clone all them out of this particular picture there are way to many. Maybe when I have some free time I might try it. Thanks for the feedback though!

Thank you Frank and Mark

I just caught up with all of your work, Lisa, and the only think I can add is that you've had consistently good series. Thanks for the interesting pics.

Hi Lisa. I vote for the crop along with you. I like the wall and the fire hydrant as well.

The hydrant seems to me to be a bit "bluish" from being in the shadow with the bright sunlight behind helping to fool the white balance. If it were me, I think I'd warm up the shot a few hundred degrees. Just a thought. Or if you are using NX, switch to a Shadow white balance setting.

Thank you for the feedback Harry, I changed the pic, used a warming filter and used a layer to remove some of the blue...I think it looks better now.

I really like the fire extinguisher. I am always fascinated with these things, but I have never been able to capture it to my liking. Nicely done.

What did you do for pp?

Great shots, Lisa!!!
Man! I have a water/manhole for today, too!
I love the treatments on these.
The manhole is my favorite (that's a GIGANTIC manhole). I love manholes.
Uh...that kind of doesn't sound right.

Anyway, love them!

a few more from today....took some cute doggie portraits with the 35mm. I can't wait for my umbrellas and second speedlight to get here so I can torture them for some formal portraits:tongue:
