Hello everyone
despite I'm off with the D600, I'm still shooting with my F100 although I can't post here. The only satisfaction I have from today is that Zeiss lenses work great with film gear - this is "obvious" for some, but since I sold my F6 time ago I missed a lot the opportunity to test such lenses on a film body. Actually I'm relying mostly on the little green dot appearing in the large (definitely larger than D600) F100 focusing sensor; the only regret is that only the F6 has the 11 focusing points that are so smart and practical, especially for portraits. Anyway I'm glad to report that even wide open it seems like the F100 nailed focus as much as possible and the Portra 160 made the rest of the work, retaining pleasant and detailed images, definitely one or two tads above what I had time ago.
