Of Kingbirds and Bluebirds

    I was able to spend some time at the dam this Sunday and captured a few Kingbird images. Hope you enjoy!

    Same bird Gary posted earlier.


    Different pose.


    He came a little closer and posed for me in some late evening light.


    I was happy to see this pose from the very busy female Bluebird.

    I have to try to get myself to some wilderness area near some dam or something. But I'm always afraid with the gear & not even knowing where to go....

    I'm a woman who'd be going alone & I can't get the fear out of me. I live in Los Angeles & it's just a scary thought to go alone....

    Maybe I can talk my daughter into a day at the beach.....
