Oh dear, a deer. And a waterfall.

  1. I went to Snoqualmie Pass, Washington state, looking for something to shoot, and was scouting out some snow melt runoff streams.

Ever feel like something is watching you? I looked around and saw this.

He looked a bit then probably felt I was too boring to bother with and sauntered off.

Grabbed this shot before the weather turned a little damp.

  3. Thanks Gale. One of those grab shots which I deerly love.
  4. Beautiful, Ron, both the deer and the water shots.
  5. Thanks Miriam.
  6. Nice series of shots Ron. I really like the stream capture. I was in that neck of the woods today. No camera, just the sticks out at the TPC Course

    Fantastic pics! I'm so jealous!
  10. Thanks Peter. Bet you get a few deer on the Links?
  11. Thanks Lisa. It came out better than I expected. Hard to about those until you get a chance to see them on a larger screen.
  12. Thanks Louie. Havent seen you in a while.
  13. Thanks Christy.
  14. Oh yeah, quite a few deer roam out the TPC course . I might've been better off shooting pics instead of golf. Rough round for sure

  15. I see it now, combination putter and monopod.
  16. Say Ron do you have a good file you can blow up and see what that spot is on the bucks neck? Nice looking deer, looks like he's well fed and a nice rack coming in. Nice photo.

  17. Lou, looks like a dirty spot. There are a few smaller ones as well. Could be dirt or possibily dried blood (hope not).
  18. I love the velvet on the antlers in the first photo & that waterfall is absolutely gorgeous!!!!! I sure don't see many deer or waterfalls here in SoCal... makes me really miss my home in South Dakota seeing the deer!
  19. Thanks.

Yes, we get many waterfalls, must be from all the water. Sometimes I wish we had a little less water...
