they are very nice group of people that run the museum. I would recommend calling them and seeing about drinking something up, maybe even a photographer’s only time or day and perhaps a group can get together and go.

I’ve sheets just relied on OIS or IBIS, so never fully inquired about special tour parameters myself.
Thanks Andrew...I called over there are they seem to be willing to work with me. They will call me back with a quote that would include early access (before open to the public) as well as permission to use a tripod. Not sure how large the group will have to be to make a visit like this practical in terms of cost, but I should find out soon.

My son was an engineer at Honda in Marysville and took me there for my birthday. Great place to wander around in.
This is my son on one of the cat walks:

I would bet this place is like say... Antelope Canyon. Some new composition around every corner! Well done.

Indeed. This is one of those places that you find something new every trip, and depending on the time of day, the lighting can be completely different. They sometimes do "over nights", but I have yet to do one of those. I think the eerie feeling you get during the day would be double or triple at night. Just imagining the cell area and only the artificial light.

Just HAD to re-visit - re-enjoy this wonderful series of images. Each so very well done!

OK, just for you....dug through the archives and found some other images. I believe they were taken with the Ricoh GRII and the Oly EM5 Mark II. The last shot in this post is with my Google Pixel 2. These were taken in February...which is the coldest time in Ohio, generally. The cell areas are no longer heated, nor are the "common areas", so it was like 20F that day inside the building.
