Oktoberfest '08 - Amanita - Nikkor-Q 135/2.8 manual

Discussion in 'Photo Meme' started by amanita, Oct 2, 2008.

  1. Hi OktoberFest lovers!

I am participating this year with at least 30 years old Nikkor-Q 135/2.8 manual lens. I traded my D80 for D40 of my son because D80 doesn't take this lens. As I am already doing a 366 project, please check my other thread for photos.

Here is the link to the page where October starts: OktoberFest within Ales's 366 project.

    See you!

Really liked the rose! Great composition and wonderful colors.
  9. I love the straight lines shot. Even with the wires in it, I think that's the point and I really, really, really love the blue!

  12. Ashtray, Neighbor's Light and Ropes are my favorites, but they are all very very good.
  13. Not a weak shot in all three weeks....congratulations on a really strong series.

For what it is worth, my favorites: "ashtray," for it's dark, forbidding look; "abstraction" for it's wonderful light and color and ... abstraction; "neighbors light" for its slightly mysterious, slightly rococo appeal; "ropes" for a beautiful combination of reality and abstract reflection; "pero's boat" for just a strikingly strong graphic reality; and "any ideas" for a wonderfully inventive photoshopping.
