More and more farmers are giving up and selling out to developers. Soon, all that will be left are photos of an era long gone! :frown:

Nice shot and the B&W tells the story very well. We have that going on here too, our town used to be mostly huge wheat and barely feilds, corn fields, etc. Now many of those fields are housing tracts, or car lots, or a Walmart... really sad to see nature get run over.

  6. Lovely photo, would be great to see some of the detail from inside the place. Did you get any?

    Gary.

Thanks everyone for your kind thoughts and comments. Unfortunately, Gary, I wasn't able to get close enough to get any inside shots. Nothing left now but a cleared field!

  8. great stuff that!
Wish we had those kind of buildings here in South Africa ...
Ours are almost all brick 'n mortar, lack real character ...

Love the shot. I've been wanting to get out and shoot some barns, but have been so busy. Maybe soon..
