This month I went to Jet Ralleys in Lakeland FL and Buttonwillow CA. Here are a couple of my favorite shots.

Wow... those shots and planes are amazing.

My neighbor builds and pilots 1/4 and 1/5 scale prop driven planes and the detail and craftsmanship is unbelievable.

Hate not seeing the nose gear down on the Blue Angels A-4... makes me cringe thinking of the work to repair it...

That F-18 is simply beautiful... and my favorite markings...

Thanks, it was actually a 7 shot sequence but I figure 3 shots give you an idea of what happened. I know the owner of the plane, he is from Germany and he owns the company that produces the kit. He was very bummed. It was actually a very small scrape.

Love the first shot of the Eagle "turning and burning" and the Scooter doing the landing sans nose gear. Those are some beautiful jets.

Those jets are cool! I love the sound of those little turbines.

My favorite is the first pic. It looks like the real thing.

Great work on capturing the planes in motion! I was scrolling down and when I came to the first shot with the Blue Angels I noticed there were only two tires to count. Then, I thought "uh-oh!" and almost didn't want to continue scrolling down. The damage didn't appear to be as bad as I would have thought.
