One Good Tern Deserves Another

    I'll have to look at them at home to give my final verdict, but these look like pretty danged good flight shots to me. Now if he would just tern around and face the camera. :biggrin:
  3. probably threee of the 40 I shot that I actually kept...

    If you look at the first one you can see the odd turn to the head...

  4. Nice shots, Eric! The last one looks a little washed out though. I'm on a crappy work monitor so it just might be this laptop but compared to the others, it looks pale.

    OK, I've looked at them on my calibrated monitors and pronounce them....good. :tongue:

    Good exposure, good sharpness, no evidence of over sharpening. Well done. :wink:
  9. Hey Guys I passed Franks critique session with flying colors.. Whoo Hoo!!! :tongue: :eek:  :eek:  :Shocked:

    One of the few images of the Tern I have that were keepers.. I deleted just about every shot of the Tern I took that afternoon with Brett at the SJWC ....

    Whose Tern is it next for Franks Critical Eye???

  12. Just got home and looked again on my calibrated monitor and #3 DOES NOT look pale. Guess it's my work's laptop monitor's TERN to be calibrated. (Had to get in on the bad joke action :rolleyes:  )
