    Nice shot
I tried to get a pair of fledglings flying together today and could not get it.
  3. I think they were nest building but I just could not get the two both in frame.

    Thanks Gale

They have a wider wing span than one would think
  5. Yes, and they almost touched just after this shot then they flew off.

Cool shot Gary, the two Osprey that I have been shooting seldom get that close. Very nicely done.

  7. I think they were working on the nest and almost ran into each other. Spend enough time with them and you will be amazed at their ability to fly.

Thanks Frank, Your last posting was really a great shot.

Be careful it is Habit forming!!!!

Are these still around? I might actually have a little time in the next month to go out shooting.

    Nice image!

Very nice photo Gary, I give you Birders a lot of credit, I have enough trouble finding a bird that is visible to shoot (photograph that is:biggrin:)  and I found a nice nature preserve in a town park but haven't seen a decent bird opportunity yet. - Jeff
  13. There is a pair South of the Hwy69 Causeway where the power lines cross the river just South of the Water Works.
  14. Thanks Jeff

Find some water, rivers or lakes with backwaters you will find birds.
