Just read this review - https://www.wired.com/review/oura-ring/
I see the benefit of a ring over a band. Seems like it makes a lot of sense for you and others. I am slightly interested. Keep us informed of your oura journey

I had a Ftibit and have an Apple Watch. Wore the Fitbit at night to see how I slept. I could wear that on one wrist and my nicer watch on the other. Now with the Apple Watch my day to day watches sit in the drawer. Kinda addicted to the watch apps, notifications, texting and even taking some calls.

@Pa ding, ding…I have what you have! Had on and off again sciatica issues. 4 years ago this month a disc herniated in the L5/S! area. Went through some PT and injections. One of the worst experiences you can imagine. I use a foam roller and did some massages but it truly is a PITA! My issue is due to right leg 1/2 shorter than the left which creates an out of alignment situation.

Sorry to hear that, John. I hope you have it under control now.

Fortunately, I've had no disc problems, just an inflamed piriformis muscle, which causes pain in the sciatic nerve and can make sitting very painful. It's at its worst on long drives when one's sitting position is constrained.

I keep it at bay with daily stretching exercises.

Do you have a doughnut to sit on?

I guess Tom is the only one with an Oura ring?
