I'm going to be shooting a wedding on the 16th. It's going to be outdoors, so I'm counting on needing fill flash. I have an SB-800 and three pocketwizards with the possibility of borrowing another SB-800 if needed. So, today, I was out practicing my fill flash technique. It's ugly. I think my main problem is that the light is too hard so I'm concerned about needing a softbox. Unless I'm missing some technique, do you guys have anything to share? Should I use my pocketwizards and hold the flash in one hand to get more directional light? Skip fill flash all together and just use natural light? Help, please!
