  1. When you find one you like, why not use it? You'll see the image I started with on the upper left. I used a bunch of Nik mulitimedia filters to create these modifications, then made smart objects and combined them into this composition. Pretty amazing what you can do with an old tractor grill!

    Very creative Virginia.

When is the tutorial on smart objects. ??

You seem to have this down pat now. Need a teacher :>)))))
  3. You make a old tractor grill into art. You know i wanna say i don't like it but then i lie to you. You made simplicity into art and that is what i like. I am not kind of type that likes some modern art to much. But again i do like some of the paintings of Karel Appel. And that is simplicity. So maybe that is why this work again of you is catching my eyes again. But you have alot of work that i really like. You are doing some great work maybe one day you have a gallery somewhere (or maybe you allready do i don't know) But thumbs up again Virginia!!!

  4. Thanks, Vince and Gale. I had a lot of fun with "Patterns".

Gale, here are a couple of smart object links you may find interesting. The first is a movie that shows you what a smart object is and how to create one. This is a good place to start.
This link shows you how to use them.
This shows you more how to apply smart objects in photography, an except from Martin English's book.

Maybe one day I'll get creative and do a tutorial myself.
