Just got an e-mail telling me that one of my photos has been used for an online article. The photo and article can be seen here.

The photo has been drastically cropped, but my name is next to it. It's the 3rd or 4th time I've had a photo used, either online or in print and each time it feels the same. It's GREAT!!! :)

Just wanted to share it with somebody!!!

Congrats! It's always nice when you get some recognition for your work!
Thanks John. It is nice to see my name next to some of my work...

A little story behind the pic - The gentleman in the pic is my boss, mentor, father figure and friend, Dr. Robert Johnson for whom I've worked for the last 12 years.

"Dr. J" as I call him, is one of the country's leading Adolescent Medicine Specialists, and does so much for teenagers and young adults in the Tristate area and beyond. He's awesome!!!!

Thanks Geoff!! It's actually a great feeling. The way I see it, published is published, whether it's a free newspaper, website, brochure, etc. Now if only I could turn this into some money...

Great stuff... You really captured a good moment with this gentleman; his warmth and kindness just jump out of the photo.

At the same time, I'd have to say that grin on his face shows that he has a lot of esteem and pride in working with you !
