Great shot and even better job of removing any zoo indicators by your chose of composition. The one thing that keeps me away from zoos is it's often nearly impossible to make the pic look like it wasn't taken at a zoo. I love that zoo and remember the day we all met there. Do you ever see Ron and William ?

They are Asian birds, not native here. We have a beautiful Asian Aviary in Zoo Miami. Some areas are shaded and dark, like this one.

The yare beautiful birds. We have some here at the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium. The area they reside is a most stop location for me every time I visit.
