Pileated came to visit

The female "dinosaur bird" (as my wife calls them) was back at the feeders this morning. Tight crops to keep the feeders out of the frame.

4. At the same time, the Red-Bellied showed up. It was woodpecker morning.

I get some red bellied but never any pileated

Thanks Randy. There’s a male/female pair that frequent the easement behind my property. They hardly ever visit when I’m ready with the camera. This female stayed quite a while this morning. Love watching them and hearing their calls. Kinda “George of the Jungle” sounding.
