    Hibiscus are such pretty flowers, you did well with this photograph.

    If I had to be very critical I'd say that the image would be improved if you hadn't cut the bottom of the flower out of the frame.

    Thanks. You're absolutely right about cutting of the bottom. Should have been aware of that when I took it.
  4. I normally like a bit more DOF for shots like this, but this image is growing on me. The sharp detail on the leading edge fading to a soft far edge seems symbolic of the "here today, gone tomorrow" nature of these blooms.
