Pixel mapping software for D100

Discussion in 'General Technical Discussion' started by Rich Gibson, Feb 22, 2005.

  1. Those of you with D100s there is pixel mapping software available on DPR. Near the end of the thread someone has posted it for download. Get it while you can.

  2. What is pixel mapping and what will it do for you?

Rich, do you mean Q50 adjust leaked ?

  4. This software is used to map out hot/stuck pixels on the D100. You know, those annoying bright pink, green, or blue pixels you see when you zoom to 300%? The software, apparently, maps an adjoining good pixel to the bad one. Sorry for the confusion.

If it is Q50, "service lens" is 50/1.4
