Please help me ID these birds

These shots were taken on my latest trip to India when I went to the Ranthambhore Tiger Reserve near Sawai Madhopur. Sadly, apart from one that looks like a kingfisher and the two types of owl, I have no idea as to what birds these are and I would welcome any info on them, thank you.

#3 Red-wattled Lapwing, #4 and #8 Indian pond heron, #6 White-throated Kingfisher #7 Rufous treepie, # 5 Great Thick-knee.

I've seen #9 but can't remember what it is. If you go here and follow up with GOOGLE you can figure out the owls for yourself
