Use red/cyan 3D glasses or look at the Lytro Living Picture: wait (patiently ) for it to load in the browser, then click to focus; or click and drag the 'living picture' to shift the perspective.

I like the bee-in-flight. The foreground plant and railing plus the converging walkways in the background combine to give a sense of depth even without the glasses. Adding the glasses just amplifies the 3-D character.

Thank you Bob! I'm glad this thread found you.

Thanks Chad! Lots of anaglyph glasses on Amazon, I recommend the cheapest, cardboard type, as they can be used with or without eyeglasses. Thanks also for taking the time to view my Lytro site.

My vision is so disparate across eyes I cannot achieve any 3D effect (or have much depth perception!!!). So, I will have to defer to others!!! :)

The Lytro is the post shot focus camera, yes?

Post shot focus, and other features.

Three close friends have single eye vision, and my son does not focus his eyes together. The Lytro living picture is the only way these folks can see 3D. You can click on a living picture, and drag it around. It makes an effect similar to moving your head back and forth to judge how far something is, like when pouring. And the quality is much better than the anaglyph version - it's in natural color, the artifacts are de-emphasized, and the range of the perspective shift is greater in all directions.
