I was going to add a third choice! :?

#3 Not Northern or Southern Califronia, but wish I were one or the other.

I used to live in Southern California and would love to live in the Northern part but live in Phoenix, so I'm not sure where that puts me.

Vote southern Ron. It's a 5 hour drive at 90 (70 is the suggested minimum in California) and you know you want to be there this week. They call us 'Zonies' though you know.

Hey! That's a great idea, Ricky.
A west-coast get-together would be great.... up north.
Then down south.
I picked Fresno as a loose boundary. I guess people in Fresno can go either way..... (do they?)

I love the four points of the compass in California-speak:

Up North, Down South, Back East, Out West

I went thru the member list and found many of the northern CA people, but there are so many members that did not show their location, I was wondering just how many are here. I'm sure I missed some anyway, but here's what I found so far from Fresno, north:

As long as you long to be in Northern California, you are one of us at heart and we'll keep it our secret where you sleep.

How about a NON US citizen... ;-)

Well Panos, if you lived here you would already know that being a NON US citizen is of no consequence living in California!

Home is where the heart is. I left my heart in San Francisco!

Give it enough time and someone will be asking about non earthlings!
I was going to do that for the first post... But I'm proud of myself cuz I actually refrained from doing so :D

Chris knows I'm SoCal, and he knows my brain's not exactly from this solar system - right, Chris?

Don't forget Scottsdale next weekend. And of course all the southern Californians are encouraged to drive on over. Phoenicians are known for making the trek to SD for weekends in the summer, so why not the reverse? Afterall, everybody deserves to know what 120 in the shade feels like. (no smiley, it's for real!)

Well, not quite 120 in the shade, but 110 in the shade out here at times. Yes, I know what it feels like. Hey do you freeze your heiny off at nite. It's like 0100 here and it's still like 88F now.
