    Drove past this bunch of Poppies growing at the entrance to someone's drvieway. When I got 2 miles away, I knew I just had to go back and snap these! They're so...............ORANGE!

    it was definitely worth the return trip! These are the 1st Poppies I remember seeing up close like this. Glad the owner of them was ok with me parking in her driveway to shoot them. She was actually flattered.

    I did cheat a *little* by cloning out a few grey spots. I think the blossoms were a few days past their perfect prime.
