Nicely composed, and exposure appears on, but to my eye the editing feels a tiny bit heavy-handed. It's probably just personal taste but I personally prefer a little less skin-smoothing and blemish removal, especially in pretty young ladies who don't always need it!

In this case, hardly any skin repair was required. Very close to SOOC. Keep in mind that narrow DOF will cause lots of blur before and beyond the focal point. Here's another:
