Shot this a while ago and just got down to editing. Shot RAW with a D2H, 80-200 @ f/4, ISO 200 and used the GFLP II. I do not know how to control the blown out background so I am seeking tips on how I can achieve that:

I always play with the balance between teh ev on the flash and the camera to get the balance I want.
