Portrait - Something Different

  1. Different for me anyway- since my camera is in the shop I was going thru some old shots and experimenting with Photoshop a tad. This is a little more processed than usual for me so let me know what you think.

    D70s w/ 105/2.8vr at f3.0
    Layered color version over sepia and set to multiply.

    Jeff, thats awesome. I like it alot, and I know a few others who will probably feel the same. I'm going to give that a try sometime.

    Nice work Jeff. I love the processing, but can you brighten her eyes?
  6. That's a great shot - the processing reminds me a bit of Daniel Diaz's technique. It has some similarities, but it's very different at the same time - if that makes any sense.

    Fred- I tried to lighten up her eyes a tad but even with a subtle adjustment to show a hint of detail they just looked overly processed to me- kind of glowing or something. I didn't even save that version.
