  6. it looked like an egg in the middle!

  7. It's a vortex by which rotten eggs are disposed of.

  8. Looks like the underside of a mushroom to me....my daughter is obsessed with those things, despite my many admonishments not to pick strange things out of the yard. She's such the nature girl.

  9. Looks like the bottom of a Mushroom. Interesting picture.

    How about these ones.

    Martin,

Have no idea about 1 or 3 but will guess part of a furry spidy on the second one.

Yeah I guess an a/c filter on the othere one posted.

A mushroom huh. Well the color threw me way off for sure :>

    2nd set

no idea on 1st 2 ..but #3 looks like a giant squid or an octapus of some sort..

  16. #1 is skin so your getting closer there in our yard, slimy and named after a tropical fruit.

#2 Jacki and Gale are right it is a spider the back of the body on a Grarden Orb Spider.

#3 Jacki is right again it is a fish, spawning salmon, still alive and swimming but starting to rot.

  17. All close guesses.

It is a actually a filter sponge for a sump and fish tank. Need a 500d or similar so I can get even closer. And the only thing I had on my gallery suitable for this. If I come up with something better I will have to post it.

    Still fun though.

Jacki - Good to see you are up and running and got the gallery thing figured out.

  18. Here's my contribution...

Some of you may have seen this already so don't give it away...

    original.

    Dave

P.S. in Martin's post I'm going to go with ??? for the first one, spider for the second, and a fish in the water for the third... how'd I do?

    Beezle,

Well .... at first look it looks like a school of gold fish.lolol or leaves floating. or or or

duh duh.. Got me. Pretty colors though.

Love this stuff. Can never guess but it is, fun to see what you all come up with.
