I spotted a Brahman cow and her calf while cruising by some cattle pens recently and stopped to take a few snaps.

Mama Brahman contemplating whatever mama cows contemplate:

Mama makes note of two-legged critter hanging over fence with camera. I should have recognized the annoyed look . . . the situation deteriorated rapidly from this point:

Amazing how something so big can move so fast. So much for photojournalistic bravado. :redface:

I got a good chuckle at myself for running from a cow on the other side of a sturdy fence. The unexpected stuff like this is one of the things that makes photgraphy so much fun.
