After my hike with Janie this morning, I got to go back down to the pond. The Mallards were kind today. Here are a few samples.

All taken with the D2H / 300mm f2.8 + TC-14EII.

You sure you work with software if I didn't know better I would figure you were an air traffic controller. Your posts have become so sharp and combo of your new setup and PP technique, whatever it is theses are sweet

Thanks guys. I appreciate it.

Mike, I think it is a combination of the new set-up (the 1325 and Wimberley are great!!), and the new PSCS. The third, and maybe most important factor, is cooperative birdies....

WOW! Wish I could have been there but my kids needed their daddy to finish the playground.

Excellent shots, I especially like the buzz.

Huh!

Am I the only one that finds this one humorous?

Paul,

Now that you mention it, I see the halo also. I'll check the original when I get home.

Look at the flare out #2 real close. :?

Thanks,

Frank
I don't know how I missed this one before, but with your Duck shots of late I am just really glad that you don't focus on Horses, or Giraffes, or Elephants, or Whales.......... . Does your family know of this "hobby" of yours :?: :?: :?:

Oh, ...

"Sharp Photo's Frank"
"These Trained Ducks of yours are Truly Amazing"
"You are INCREDIBLE at capturing The Moment".....

Hey, did I miss any :?: :?:

( running away and ducking (bad pun) now ).....

Spring has sprung in the duck world *LMAO* Nothing like flying prepared... Excellent captures!
*LOL* Sandi,

The thing that *really* worries me about this one is that there were only boy ducks around the pond when he came in.... :? Of course, I couldn't tell where he *came* from....  8)
