Question on Lexar cards.

I have a question regarding Lexar compact flash cards.

I normally use Lexar Professional UDMA cards 300x or or 400x in 2, 4 or 8 GB. I use these to shoot high school sports.
I recently picked up a couple of Lexar Platinum II 200x 4 GB cards. These do not state UDMA on them.

What kind of performance can I expect from the Platinum II compared to the Professional?
Does the fact the Platinum II does not state UDMA mean anything for my type of use?

Thanks, Jim

If you are shooting in high speed bursts you'll notice a slowdown for the files to buffer and transfer to the card. And they'll be slower to download to your computer.

But, if you are only shooting a couple of frames at a time you won't notice a difference.

I guess I'll continue to use the Lexar Professional for my sport shooting and reserve the Platinum II for low speed shots.

Thanks, Jim
