What kind of quick connect can I use with this tripod head?
if you contact KIRK, you can buy an arca-swiss style plate, it also looks like you need a bushing to fit he screw head, your picture makes the screw on top look small.
ask KIRK, they will also send you a small amount of locktite.
put the bushing on and screw on the plate.
you now have an arca-swiss style tripod head
it works great
what the bushing does is increase the size of the screw head
the plates all have standard opening.
hope that helps

Marc the screw on top is the normal one to fit a camera, the head is big, that is the tripod I use with my view camera it is rock solid, I use it sometime with my CP 5700 in screwing a ball head on top of that plate but I would prefer a kind of plate that you screwed on top with a quick disconnect. With that tripod I also have a side arm that connects to the center post that can be lowered close to ground level.
Here what the head look like with a hassel quick connect, that's the kind of connect I am looking for.
A view of the tripod that I want to use the quick connect with is the Davis & Sanford on the right.
