Rainy day yard birds

Discussion in 'Birds' started by Lou Buscher, Jul 19, 2007.

  1. Well the rain is coming down but the little birds are feeding. Hard to get a good one as the SS is quite slow and the light is not the greatest but I got nothing better to do. So here you are. (8 photos)

1 best way to stay dry at the feeder

Thanks for the great pics and some humor.

    Ya feelin some better.
  4. Thanks Gale for the look. Actually no, I am having trouble with my back and I blame it on the hospital for givig me a spinal when I did not want one so I figure they violated my patient rights. This morning I sent letters to the Hospital CEO, the Doctor and the Attorney General of N.Y. informing them of my troubles and what I think caused it.
On a brighter note I had a nice thing yesterday. I heard a noise on my front porsh and went to look out the window and here is a She Bear and one tiny cub right by my front door. Good thing I didn't open the door or she might have come in. The wanded off around my garage and I tried to see where they may go so I could get a few photos but it was to poor a light for a good photo so I just watched the little one scoot accross the yard.
  5. A very nice collection, even in less than ideal weather conditions.
  6. Thank you Phil
