I always love, love, love your stuff and this is no different. Amazing. My favorite part of these.....amazing backgrounds!! Not sure how you manage that on every shot. Impressive stuff.

Thank you Nate! The background is simply the sky. Whenever I can I try to isolate the subject by holding it up to the sky. Not possible with a lot of insects unless you are literally on the ground looking up but it is possible to move branches and leaves etc out of the way with one hand and take the shot with the other and sometimes (most of these in fact) you can pluck the leaf off the tree or the blade of grass with the insect still on it and hold that up. Early in the morning is best, when the insects are still a bit too cold to quickly fly away but you usually only get a few seconds before they are on to you! :smile:
