Nice video! I was at Conowingo once during one of my visits back to the U.S., and wanted to take some pictures of the eagles. I bought the 300/2.8 from B&H and had it shipped to Rich's house. I picked it up a couple of days before my Conowingo visit, and the only time the lens had been put on the camera was in my hotel room that night. The weather at Conowingo was a rainy all day and I never took the camera out of the car.

Nice video. More than I've seen there the past couple of years. For about the last three years, the numbers of eagles there has been down, and they are farther away from the western shore, where we photograph them from. I've moved upriver to the Safe Harbor Dam, but haven't fared much better. Conowingo is still the best place to see them, but you have to be patient and be there a lot to get good shots anymore.
