    I like it Bob, especially the top half, where the red and the gray hemispheres are competing for dominance of the sky. Very stark and powerful.

    This is my first real attempt at black and white with a little color.

    It seems a little big to me. It’s 1024 x 768.
    What should the optimal size be?

    Size conventions

    Any size will work onthe Cafe, but I usually try to keep my vertical shots 750 or less pixels tall, so the whole thing will fit on most people's monitors. For the horizontal dimension, the forum software will 'temporarily' resize anything wider than 960 pixels to 960 pixels. Then, when you click on it, a new window will open at the full size.
