Awesome images Phillip. I'm almost as impressed by your ability to find such a great variety of birds as I am with your shots. Very well done.

  6. Phillip. Were these taken at the feeding centre?
    They are excellent captures.

These are amazing Phillip! Just wanted to ask how you attract these when I read you were at a feeding center - but nevertheless... great captures.

  14. Hi Daniel the enclosed link ( http://www.gigrin.co.uk/ ) will tell you all about the site and how long they have been running the feeding programme the birds are totally wild and only come for the free food as it should be if you're really a Scrooge and don't want to pay the three pounds you can go on the public footpath's to get your images but cannot use the hides I spent nearly seven hours there, best three pound I have ever spent.

    Phillip.

  15. What beautiful shots! I didn't realise they had such long tails, either.

  16. Exceptional

  17. Very nice! You sure managed to get them very sharp and perfectly exposed, not sure how you can do these flight shots, I sure can't!

  18. WOW these are great captures. Great work Phillip.

  19. Excellent! Gigrin is on my list of places to visit: but I know I won't be able to match these. I think my favourite is the double portrait - it's a little unusual, showing another aspect of the birds.

  20. ...with no argument. Had a look at the URL, quite big hides they have there.
