A Red-tail Hawk on the utility wire connected to my house. I have seen him a few times across the road scanning my bird feeders, this time "he must have done this before while I was not around" he came out of nowhere and perched right over the feeders, as soon as he/she perched, I grabbed my D850 with the 20 year old 70-200VR2.8 "Nikon's first iteration of this lens with VR, and of course the VR was off, rushing to get the shot forgot to flick the switch, even without the VR, most captures came out just fine, especially behind a glass barrier. Will post a few more when I get a chance to process them.
