Critique Rehoboth Beach - Lookout Towers

What to do on a rainy beach day…..process in black and white of course. These towers were built to lookout for German Uboats in WW2. Using Snapbridge to LR on IPad with sooc or with BW preset.

Neat subjects. Did you try getting closer and shooting wider? It might help control the foreground.
The out of focus rocks in the foreground are, to me, distracting. A couple of the signs and posts could easily be removed in post- then it looks like an old picture.
As a history buff- I find the image interesting and would draw me in to reading about them. Sometimes that is all a picture can do.

Good points. Definitely will do more processing and look at my other images. For this I wanted to get some compression but keep the shore in the scene.
