i like the way these turned out Fred...
did they give you any trouble taking these pictures.....
or... because there was no flash, they didn't care?

Where and how did you shoot these. I love Peter Rubens' style - in fact I blame my early exposure to my love of ... voluptuous women.

They don't let you use a flash or a tripod, so I held my breath, planted my elbows and opened her up all the way.

Hi Chris,
Theese were at the Metropolitan Museum in NYC. The first is with a 70-300VR@70mm f/4.5 ISO 800. The others were with the Tamron 28-75 2.8 with the ISO at 640. They don't allow flash or tripods, (Boy! wouldn't a tripod be nice) so I just compromised.
