We visited Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery in San Diego yesterday (Sunday 29 May). We took a friend to visit her husband's gravesite, we also were there to visit the graves of some old friends. I have been here so many times, but the Memorial Day weekend is so very special. It is indeed the resting place for so many thousands of heroes.

Leica M2, Nokton 50/1.1, Ektar 100 film.

Nice shooting and nice remembering bud! Your colorful photos show us not only the splendor of these final resting places, but also show many names reminding us that each and every one of those heros was a real person with surviving families and a place in our history. Well done Mr.!
