I went to a relatively new ren fair and had a good time, for the most part. I was asked several times about my cameras (they have a sign reading no commercial photography) and a run-in with a "press photog" who seemed insistant on walking in front of me, but the acts were good and I have learned some more things about photography in the process. It's a little different shooting style than I'm used to, but that's what makes it interesting.

Thanks. This guy had a problem, no doubt. He worked for a small paper and even though he had a D3, 24-70 and 70-200VR, I'll bet my shots are better!!

Nice shots. As for the obnoxious photog: "The bee is such a busy soul, he has no time for birth control, and that is why in times like these, there are so many SONS OF BEES!!"
Unfortunately, jerks like him walk among us!
